Mini Golf

It might come as a bit of a shock to most of you but we actually have some friends who are also our neighbors and we all went miniature golfing at a really cute place in Providence.  Colton and I have been to this course many times before but we have never been in October when it is Haunted and decked out for Halloween. 

 Colton told me I overdressed Sophie for the occasion (maybe I did) but she looked so stinkin cute all bundled up.  She slept the whole time too.

 Each hole had a different theme and poem that went with it.   It was so cute!  Here I am with Sara.

I wanted to add them in as well.  This picture was taken a few weeks back right before the Utah State vs. BYU game.  I really didn't care who won but we all had matching attire so I decided to be an Aggie fan that night.  (I would have to say my roots are probably with BYU though)

And here is our little Sophie.  She won't roll over but at least she somewhat enjoys tummy time now instead or screaming the entire time.  She is getting so big and is already 4 months old.

Sophie is turning into an old woman!  She is already 3 months old.  My good friend Natalie that I grew up with was so very nice to take some family pictures.  She did amazing and even got a few of Sophie smiling.  Thanks Nat!

I just love this little baby so much!  She makes us smile all the time.

Blessing day . . .

Sophie was blessed on Sunday!! Ever since I was little I have always wanted my little girl to wear my blessing dress.  Well I guess you could say that my dream came true.  She looked so beautiful, her daddy gave her a beautiful blessing, we ate lots of yummy food and had a great day with family and friends.  Thank you everyone who helped!

Sophie is one Healthy and Happy baby.  She must have known it was her special day because she was perfect all day long.  

One Month . . .

Everyone always says that kids grow up way too fast and it never dawned on me how fast they really do grow up until I became a mom. Sophie is one month old as of yesterday. One month may not seem very old but it has gone way too fast. It feels like she has always been a part of our family though. As of right now she enjoys eating, pooping, sleeping, bath time, and smiling. I want her to stay little forever but at the same time I am so excited to watch her grow and see what her personality will be like. We are so blessed to have her in our family. Here are some pictures of one extremely cute baby. (Probably the cutest baby in the world so brace yourself)

Summer Lovin'

We have had a fun week playing with family. Nate and Erin were able to make it up for a visit and so we played as hard as we could while they were here. Grandma Greta set up a water amusement park in her back yard and that entertained the kids for hours. We got to have a picnic, went to Willow Park Zoo, watched fireworks, went to a parade and then enjoyed a Waldron Family reunion as well as a Woodward one. It made for a very busy week but we had a great time. I didn't get too many pictures but these are the ones I did get.

Sophie Update

She is almost 10 days old and it is so fun to dress her up. I already polished her toenails and look how cute her feet are. Very proud parents She got to meet her cousin Ruby who was born 4 days after her and her cousin Mandy who was born in December. I cannot believe the difference in head sizes. Just a few random pictures full of cuteness And last but not least she pulls so many cute faces we try to capture them but usually fail. We kind of got the squinty face here. Oh we love her!!!
